Spring is upon us. Join us for an evening of meditative mantric melodies led by rhythm bird and the nashville kirtan choir, at hot yoga nashville on charlotte ave. Don’t worry, the room won’t be heated. It’ll be a comfortable temperature for meditation, chanting, with space to personally move and flow.
