Hello, I am Chrissy Kirkwood. I’ve been a real estate agent in Nashville, TN, since 2007 – I’m in my 18th year! In 2014, I opened my own brokerage so I could work from my East Nashville homestead.

I’m a proud citizen of the United States and incredibly grateful for the freedom and flexibility this country provides.
I was born in the Philippines & I have a dream of creating a communal homestead there. This homestead would provide local, quality, safe, and happy jobs, along with safe and healthy housing. It would also offer touring nomads and seasonal residents a place for quality, safe, healing housing and entertainment.
I have a real estate license in Tennessee, and I’m wondering if we can band together – those interested and aligned – to purchase, visit or co-create an organic eco-village/monastery in the Philippines, while also maintaining and growing the ones here in the U.S. We’re talking about 66 acres of land in the countryside in TN with an emphasis on organic living and inspired simplicity.
I also have 0.27 acres in East Nashville, which is zoned RM20 and allows for 5 three-story attached condos.
If you’re interested, the next step would be a group chat to brainstorm ideas and create a shared direction – the big picture. Together, we can strategize about how to use assets, leverage resources, and expand our networks globally.
